Nxerra Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience to grow our brand and client online presence through data-driven strategies.

You will develop and execute SEO, manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize content for AI search platforms, and oversee social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on measurable ROI. This is a full-time, office-based role in Kolkata, offering growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, SMM, and SMO.
• Proven experience in high-quality backlink creation and Off-Page SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and high-quality backlink creation (Off-Page SEO).
• Build white-hat backlinks through guest posting, business listings, citations, outreach, and digital PR.
• Optimize content for AI search platforms (AEO & GEO), including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, AI search, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, SMM, and SMO.
• Proven experience in high-quality backlink creation and Off-Page SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with an IT or Software Development company.
• Google Ads or Google Analytics Certification.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
