Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Indore. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email channels to promote Creative Sprouts Inc.'s programs, competitions, and resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing content for social platforms and the website, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies using web analytics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with program calendars, engaging with the community online, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns and grow audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including the ability to write clear, engaging messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop compelling website and social media content tailored to parents, educators, and young creators.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
