The ideal candidate is a female with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, proficient in major platforms and tools, and able to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Build monthly content calendars and write engaging copy for posts, Reels, ads and campaigns.
• Create creatives, Reels and short videos using Canva, CapCut/Adobe Express and AI tools.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Improve website and content visibility through SEO best practices.
• Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite, and share monthly reports.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors, and suggest new ideas and campaigns.
• Support lead generation activities and work closely with the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:
