About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Analyst - Digital Marketing, to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, drive data-driven strategies, and optimize online presence across multiple platforms and markets. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools, and leadership skills to manage website strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

  • Own and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console accounts for ACO Group, ensuring correct implementation, tracking, and reporting across all websites.
  • Lead digital analytics initiatives using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio to visualize marketing KPIs.
  • Manage data integration projects, including migrations to BigQuery (GCP) for centralized reporting and advanced analytics.

SEO & Web Strategy

  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
  • Lead website development, optimization, and migration projects across CMS platforms preferably TYPO3

Social Media Analytics & Listening

  • Monitor and analyze performance across social media platforms, providing insights on engagement, reach, and audience behavior to be a consultant to the ACO Group Marketing Teams
  • Leverage social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities, feeding insights into overall marketing strategy.

Team & Project Leadership

  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven track record in managing large-scale projects and multi-country strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console (must-have).
  • Strong track record SEO, website management, analytics, digital campaign execution and B2B marketing.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and advanced analytics.
  • Experience in building advanced reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio).
