Job summary

GE Appliances invites motivated graduates to join a Digital Leadership Development Program Associate cohort starting January 2027 in Bangalore, IND. Participants will rotate through IT and engineering tracks, contributing to cloud, application, and infrastructure initiatives while building leadership and project-management skills.

The program emphasizes cross-functional development, exposure to Agile/Waterfall delivery, and hands-on experiences across systems management, security, and process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a tech field; 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in information technology.
  • A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for IT.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
  • Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.
  • Relevant coursework in IT-related disciplines.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • General business / finance understanding.

Digital Leadership Development Program Associate

Successful candidates will begin in January 2027.
