Within the Digital function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a pivotal role in enabling digital transformation by framing strategic intentions, supporting domains and product lines, and reporting consolidated views to aid decision‑making. In India, our Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team fosters synergies across multiple domains worldwide, sharing best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project management and coordination activities.
• Support in planning, preparing project charters, and creating Gantt charts.
• Coordinate daily project tasks across teams and monitor schedules.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports and risk logs.
• Propose process improvements, templates, and workflows.
