Job summary

Signify is seeking an experienced SAP Integration professional to drive O2C and Supply Chain integrations across SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite. You will translate complex business processes into scalable interfaces, mentor juniors, and partner with 3PL and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in SAP PO and 2.5–3 years in SAP Integration Suite, with strong API-led architecture, EDI, and cloud migration experience across global logistics processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations using SAP PO, CPI/Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Integration Advisor.
• Lead migration and modernization initiatives from SAP PO to SAP Integration Suite.
• Build and manage A2A, B2B, EDI, API, and event‑driven integrations.
• Work with business teams on O2C and Supply Chain processes including 3PL.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams across SD, MM, WM/EWM, TM, and Finance.
• Drive monitoring, issue resolution, root‑cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, governance practices, and cutover support.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration professional with 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and a minimum of 2.5–3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Integration Suite to drive enterprise integration initiatives across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain domains. The ideal candidate will have strong techno‑functional knowledge, proven delivery experience in complex B2B/A2A integrations, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable integration solutions. This role requires deep expertise in integration design, API‑led architecture, EDI/3PL integrations, cloud migration strategies, and a strong understanding of upstream/downstream business processes in logistics and order fulfilment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Design, develop, and support integrations using SAP PO, CPI/Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Integration Advisor.
• Lead migration and modernization initiatives from SAP PO to SAP Integration Suite.
• Build and manage A2A, B2B, EDI, API, and event‑driven integrations.
• Work closely with business teams to understand Order‑to‑Cash, Supply Chain, warehouse, and 3PL processes.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams across SD, MM, WM/EWM, TM, and Finance.
• Drive interface monitoring, issue resolution, root‑cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, naming conventions, and governance practices.
• Support cutover, hyper‑care, and production stabilization.
• Mentor junior integration developers and review solution designs and mappings.
• Coordinate with external partners, 3PL vendors, EDI providers, and business stakeholders.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands‑on expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and at least 2.5–3 years in SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP PO (ESR, ID, mappings, adapters).
• Strong implementation experience in SAP Integration Suite: Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor, Event Mesh.
• Expertise in message mappings, XSLT, Groovy scripting, Java mappings, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, OData.
• Experience with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, GS1, and XML/JSON payloads.
• Good understanding of 3PL and partner integrations.
• Experience in interface security, certificates, OAuth, and principal propagation.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with message monitoring, MPL logs, payload trace, and exception handling.

Functional Process Understanding

• Order to Cash (O2C): Order creation, delivery processing, shipment execution, billing, returns.
• Supply Chain / Logistics: Warehouse operations, 3PL integrations, ASN, inventory synchronization, goods movement, transportation milestones, carrier / partner messaging.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Experience with SAP TM, EWM, and external WMS/3PL platforms.
• Exposure to BTP services and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience in integration governance and architecture review boards.
• Experience in transport automation and testing frameworks.
• Experience working in global delivery and partner ecosystem models.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal fit is an integration‑first technical individual contributor with deep expertise in middleware, APIs, message transformations, EDI/B2B, and hybrid integration architectures. The expectation is strong ownership of solution design and delivery from an integration standpoint, with sufficient business process understanding to map O2C and Supply Chain events into scalable interfaces—without requiring the candidate to be a functional SAP consultant. The ideal candidate is a Senior Individual Contributor who can combine deep SAP PO and Integration Suite expertise with strong understanding of business flows across O2C and Supply Chain. The person should be comfortable leading enterprise transformation from legacy middleware to cloud‑native integration patterns while ensuring business continuity.
