Job Title: Digital Designer & Marketer

Note: This is an entry level requirement, not for an experienced profile.

Responsibilities

Creative Content & Design:

• Design compelling static graphics, carousels, and engaging visuals for Meta (FB/Insta), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, websites (banners, ad creatives), emails, simple branding, presentations, print, and infographics.
• Write concise and compelling copy for social media captions and email campaigns.
• Produce and edit short-form content, ads, longer videos, and AI-generated videos using various editing software.
• Conceptualize campaigns, develop brand-consistent aesthetics, and generate new content ideas.

Digital Marketing Execution:

• Manage and schedule content across all specified social media platforms.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/DMs, and monitor digital trends.
• Update website content, conduct on-site SEO, optimize images, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Learn and implement broader SEO strategies.
• Manage end-to-end email campaigns on Klaviyo (design, copy, lists, scheduling, automation, basic analytics).
• Perform essential administrative tasks including data entry for email lists, hashtag research, content calendar management, and basic reporting.

Varied Project Exposure: Work with diverse brands across different industries and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, visual storytelling, and content creation capabilities. (graphics, videos)
• Ability to adapt designs to different platforms and maintain brand consistency.

Organizational & Execution Skills

• Highly organized, meticulous, disciplined, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Excel for planning and organization.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Mindset

• 0-1 year of professional experience is welcomed, including fresh graduates or experienced and trained stay-at-home parents, with strong portfolios and relevant internship/project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field preferred; however, demonstrated skills and a strong portfolio are highly valued over a specific degree.
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and takes ownership.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Highly reliable and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
