Job summary

Quess is seeking a skilled engineer for a role with Silicon Stack based at Magarpatta, Pune. The candidate will work on ML/DL modelling, AI-enabled workflows, and Python automation to support engineering projects.

The position targets professionals with 4–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, physics fundamentals, and CAD/analysis tools, and requires Pune residency. Collaboration with global digital design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Physics and Mechanical Engineering concepts (structural, thermal and flow).
• Hands-on Python scripting for engineering automation.
• Familiar with CAD tools: AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, NX, SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of ML/DL modelling, LLM/RAG workflows.
• Experience with ANSYS and MATLAB/Simulink; VBA/C# is a plus.
• Candidates must be Pune-based or willing to relocate.

Years of experience: 4 to 6 yrs

Job Description:

• Must have basic understanding of Physics and concepts in Mechanical engineering (Structural, thermal and flow)
• Experience with advanced ML and DL modelling methods and LLM / RAG based workflow development and deployment
• Hands-on experience in development of python-based scripts for engineering automation
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools like AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, NX, Solidworks is preferred
• Basic knowledge of analysis software like ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink and languages such as VBA/C#
• Participates in internal open innovation events within team
• Gets trained on internal systems & processes and implements them towards projects
• Explore advances in AI in Engineering technologies and evaluate their suitability for Eaton products.
• Works collaboratively with digital design team globally to advance the technology.
