Job Description

The Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for multidisciplinary digital information coordination and ensures that the Digital Delivery Plan is followed by all disciplines in the project.

The Coordinator supports design teams by providing direct coordination of clash detection, quality checks and control of digital models, and supports the design teams across the project.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Delivery Manager in designing and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan.
• Outline required common digital setup and processes for the project (e.g., geo‑locations, templates, project‑specific guides).
• Coordinate design software used in the project and support the use of digital tools.
• Ensure training is provided in common project software to establish required digital competencies.
• Set up and maintain a federated model for internal and external usage.
• Provide access to the digital documents, applicable standards, and Common Data Environment (CDE) to the project team.
• Coordinate digital design files, templates and object libraries.
• Ensure and monitor that the design teams are working according to the Digital Delivery Plan when it comes to modelling, model review, coordination and exchange.
• Compile the external stakeholders’ discipline models and drawings and distribute them to the internal project team.
• Support the design team with implementation of Ramboll and project‑specific standards.
• Set up and run cross‑discipline digital coordination meetings throughout the project and follow up on identified issues with the respective discipline.
• Ensure that Ramboll’s digital content has been uploaded to the Common Data Environment as agreed according to the Digital Delivery Plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of prior experience in digital contracts and project digital coordination, particularly from projects of similar complexity.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Well‑versed in the current digital market, staying updated with the latest tool releases.
• Ability to enhance current project processes through innovative ideas and effective problem‑solving skills.

Additional Information

As our new Digital Delivery Coordinator, you will be part of our global High‑Rise and Complex Buildings department, which has designed over 200 tall building projects globally. You will support the global department that also has offices in India, United Kingdom, Singapore and other locations.
