Job summary

Signify (the new company name of Philips Lighting) seeks a Senior Digital Architect to lead digital strategies and oversee the architecture of digital platforms in Bengaluru. You will guide a team of digital professionals, craft target architecture roadmaps, and drive secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and manage lifecycle activities, ensuring integration with other verticals and adherence to LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in digital architecture, including strategy, leadership, and platform lifecycle.
• TOGAF or similar enterprise-architecture certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements digital strategies to enhance Signify's Digital Services landscape, aligning with business roadmaps.
• Leads a team of digital professionals to design and execute innovative digital solutions.
• Oversees lifecycle management of digital platforms to ensure security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Architects solutions on ServiceNow or similar platforms for project/portfolio management and asset management.
• Analyzes market trends and customer feedback to improve digital services.
• Ensures compliance with digital regulations and standards across platforms.
• Reports on digital service performance to senior management and recommends improvements.
• Ensures proper integration of products within the vertical and with other verticals.
• Participates in the LEAN program.

Job Summary

Key Areas of Responsibility

Develops and implements digital strategies to enhance Signify's Digital Services' landscape that includes business process(es), information (data-architecture), applications (solution architecture) and infrastructure. Align with business stakeholders to understand the business' roadmap.

• Leads/mentors a team of digital professionals to design and execute innovative digital solutions.
• Oversees the lifecycle management of digital platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Is responsible to lay out a target architecture roadmap for their domain including actively seeking opportunities to optimize/consolidate.
• Hands on in architecting solutions on servicenow or equivalent platforms in the area of project / portfolio management, digitizing and customizing asset management and application services solutions is a MUST
• Analyzes market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of digital services.
• Ensures compliance with relevant digital regulations and standards across all platforms.
• Reports on digital service performance metrics and recommends strategic improvements to senior management.
• Ensure proper integration of the products within the vertical and with products of other verticals.
• Participate in the LEAN program.

Critical Experiences

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in digital architecture principles and practices.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital architecture, including strategy development, team leadership, and lifecycle management of digital platforms.
• Certification in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks to validate expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions.
