Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Sr. Manager - Digital Accessibility in Bengaluru to lead enterprise accessibility initiatives.

You will drive WCAG 2.2 A/AA compliance, evaluate tools like Axe, Lighthouse, Evinced, and ensure accessibility across SDLC in collaboration with global stakeholders aligned to USA EST hours. Ideal candidates bring 5-9 years in digital accessibility, strong communication, and adaptability to rapidly changing tech frameworks.

We are hiring Sr. Manager - Digital Accessibility !

Experience : 5-9 years

Required Qualifications:

• Digital Accessibility Engineering experience in an enterprise setting
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and operating in multiple phases of the SDLC (including demonstrated agile practice) in parallel
• Strong / Expert level knowledge of Digital Accessibility testing tools (Axe, Lighthouse, Evinced, AMP) and ACR reporting Standards
• Deep understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 A & AA accessibility standards and AAA guidelines as well as emerging legislation (EAA, ACA, etc)
• Proficient in using JAWS, VoiceOver, NVDA, Narrator, ZoomText, and other types of assistive technology software
• Ability to be online and collaborate during the core working hours of assigned projects and stakeholders (Schedule Flexibility with core hours often aligned with (USA EST).
• Strong commitment to teamwork, shared goals, and ability to quickly build rapport
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and proactive communication with peers, leadership roles, program and product stakeholders, and executives as needed
• Demonstrated Risk / Impact thinking with high level of independence, while driving outcomes and rapidly moving stalled work forward to meet aggressive timelines
• Must be ready and responsive for rapidly changing technology frameworks and be prepared to context switch multiple times per day
• Demonstrate high EQ to be able to partner with clients / stakeholders on a path forward, providing appropriate flexibility while enforcing standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• IAAP Accessibility (CPWA, WAS, CPACC) Certifications
• Technical training certifications (ADS, Design, Agile, Quality Engineering, etc)
• 3+ years working as a full time Accessibility consultant for a major accessibility firm (Deque, Level Access, Evinced, etc.) or fortune 100 company
• 2 years of Experience with Digital Accessibility via SDUI frameworks like Flutter
• Strong understanding of operations in large technology organizations - ITIL Foundations v3 or higher
