Job description

We are currently focussed on developing a product, Digilytics RevEL, to revolutionise loan origination for secured lending covering mortgages, motor and business lending. The product is currently deployed at a number of lenders in the UK and at early stages of deployment at lenders in the US.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who has the aspirations and appetite for working in a start-up environment and has significant experience in marketing a B2B fintech company and its products. The key expectation from marketing the company would include positioning Digilytics and driving brand awareness of the company in the UK and US markets. The key expectation from marketing the product would be to ensure that RevEL and all future products are positioned and marketed effectively to prospects and clients in order to generate marketing leads from prospects and ensure client success and advocacy from existing clients.

The leader is expected to work closely with a marketing and inside-sales team based in India, as well as sales teams in the UK and US. The leader is also expected to refine the current marketing processes to setup a world-class capability to market the company and its products globally. The role initially will focus on marketing the company and RevEL in the UK, with the US as a fast follower.

MUST haves:
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Experience with B2B FinTech marketing, both digital and offline
  3. Experience with content marketing
  4. Financial Services and Secured Lending domain experience. Knowledge of secured loan processing in UK and US is desirable.
  5. Experience with marketing tools such as Freshsales, Hubspot and LinkedIn
  6. Passion for prospecting & communications
  7. Exposure to AI / ML and software product marketing is desirable.
  8. Experience range: 5-7 years
Responsibilities
  1. Refine marketing strategy and develop annual marketing plans for Digilytics and RevEL
  2. Understand market needs for RevEL by engaging with sales teams, competition and researching industry trends
  3. Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate market insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  4. Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  5. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging marketing technology, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
  6. Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
  7. Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  8. Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including metrics on Brand Awareness, Lead Generation and Client Success and Advocacy

  1. Mandatory - experience with marketing to prospects and clients in the UK
  2. Mandatory - experience with B2B content marketing

  4. Mandatory - B2B marketing skills and experience including experience to create and execute marketing strategy, programs and plans to meet the company's business objectives
  5. Mandatory - Team playing skills to work closely with sales and pre-sales to help serve prospects, clients and company needs in the most profitable way

  7. Skills to analyze, observe and monitor market trends
  8. Skills to create, manage and coordinate marketing plans, activities and policies, working with advertising and other types of managers
  9. Experience with fintech and software product companies (B2B, SaaS) will be preferred
  10. Experience with marketing to prospects and clients in the US will be preferred
Desired Background
  1. A start up mind set with proven experience working in small or large organisations
  2. A graduate or post-graduate degree in marketing or business management
  3. Knowledge and experience of market trends
  4. Experience with designing & running marketing campaigns, both digital and offline
  5. 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in marketing for a B2B Fintech or software product company
