Position Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager Accounts to lead and oversee the financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets deadlines with high accuracy.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and regulatory submissions.

• Contribute to financial planning and strategy formulation to support organizational growth.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

System and Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in accounting operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in finance, including senior roles such as Senior Manager of Finance.
• Proven experience in collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in international contexts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
