Minimum Qualifications:

1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent
2. 5+ years of relevant IT experience
3. 3+ years of experience in Python development including migration from Python to Python3
4. Experience with Encryption protocols and Security, such as IPsec, Public Key Cryptography, SSL/TLS, AES
5. Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
6. Experience in data modeling, writing and tuning SQL and stored procedures for MySQL and Oracle
7. Experience in Agile development methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban
8. Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)
9. Experience in supporting Hardware, Software, QA, Customer Success, Network Operations, Technical Pre-sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing groups as needed
10. Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting application/database issues
11. Experience managing data life cycle working with product and engineering teams
12. Create, document, and deploy scripts and other tools to support network analysis
13. Understand and provide troubleshooting expertise in DA related application products to assist Engineering and internal teams responsible for maintaining deployed software
14. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel, etc.)
15. Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability
16. Strong customer focus
17. Effective oral and written communication skills
18. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
19. Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
20. Good time management skills
21. History of creating effective support documentation
