Role Description

The Dietitian/Nutritionist will provide individualized nutrition counseling to clients, focusing on gut health, hormone balance, and long-term lifestyle changes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, developing tailored meal plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions based on client feedback and clinical outcomes. The role involves educating clients on food choices, digestion, and metabolic health, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the wider Rebootgut team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. The Dietitian/Nutritionist will also contribute to educational content, workshops, and group sessions when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dietetics, with the ability to interpret clinical information and apply evidence-based nutrition guidelines.
• 0-1 years of experience can apply
• Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and supporting behavior change.
• Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly in areas related to gut health, metabolic disorders, and hormone balance.
• Skills in Weight Management and Nutrition planning, including creating sustainable, personalized meal plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Relevant certifications or registration with professional nutrition/dietetic bodies are preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex nutrition concepts clearly, with strong listening and documentation skills.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing setting in Gurugram, with a collaborative and ethical approach to care.
