Godrej Agrovet Limited seeks a DGM–Learning and Talent to drive organisational capability across six diverse businesses. You will shape enterprise learning frameworks, build leadership pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to ensure future-ready talent development.
You will lead design and delivery of blended programs, measure impact with analytics, and enable scalable learning across manufacturing, agriculture, and allied sectors. This role reports to the HR leadership team.

As DGM– Learning and Talent for Godrej Agrovet Limited, you will be responsible for driving organisational capability, talent development, and performance across GAVL’s six diverse businesses. You will shape and implement enterprise-wide learning and talent frameworks while ensuring they are customised to the realities of Animal Nutrition, Oil Palm, Crop Care, Dairy, Poultry and Processed Foods, and Astec LifeSciences. This role will require close partnership with the GAVL senior leadership team, the CEOs and business leaders of each business, and the HR leadership teams across the portfolio to build future-ready capabilities, strengthen succession pipelines, and enable long-term organisational growth.
Education
3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organisational development
3+ years in a leadership role managing a team
Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling learning initiatives and career development pathways
Proven track record in talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms
Experience in multi-business, multi-location or large-scale organisations, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, field sales, agriculture, food, or allied sectors
