Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a DFT Engineer to drive end-to-end Custom Silicon design, from architecture planning to delivering qualified silicon parts. You will work with RTL/PD teams, develop DFT architectures, and lead verification efforts using industry-standard tools.

The role demands 3+ years of hardware DFT experience (or 2+ years with a Master's, 1+ year with a PhD) and a strong foundation in advanced DFT techniques, including in-system test and multi-die testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related field, 3+ years hardware engineering experience; Master’s degree 2+ years; PhD 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive DFT architectures, collaborating on early planning stages.
• Implement scan and MBIST using industry-standard EDA tools.
• Develop and execute DFT verification plans (pattern generation, fault simulation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve DFT-related issues.
• Document DFT architecture and verification results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DFT inquiries and lead implementation efforts to meet customer requirements.
