Position Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across backend services, cloud platform integration, Kubernetes-based deployment, and release engineering. This role requires a strong architecture mindset, deep backend development experience, and the ability to guide engineering initiatives across the platform.

Here’s What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Define engineering standards across application design, deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Drive design decisions in backend development, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud, and runtime environments.
• Review high-impact changes related to reliability, upgrades, security, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and improve development, debugging, and delivery practices across the team.
• Support root cause analysis and operational troubleshooting across application and infrastructure layers.

Required Skills

• Strong backend architecture and development experience in:
  • Python and/or
  • Java and/or

• Strong experience designing APIs and service-oriented systems.
• Good understanding of:
