Job summary

Lexsi.ai is seeking a Community & Growth Intern to bridge our platform with the developer community. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to craft demos, tutorials, and engaging content that helps researchers and ML engineers succeed with lexsi.ai.

You will manage outbound outreach, Discord moderation, and feedback loops across launches, user feedback, and documentation improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and outreach skills.
• Experience moderating a Discord community or similar platform.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and stay organized.
• Familiarity with ML concepts (LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability) is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing artifacts such as cookbooks, tutorials, and demos.
• Build and run outreach and community-building activities.
• Write and test outreach sequences, track replies and engagement.
• Moderate the Lexsi Discord on a day-to-day basis.
• Answer general and first-line technical questions about our tools.
• Route deeper questions to the research or engineering teams.
• Support AMAs, product launches, and community initiatives.
• Track community metrics and surface documentation gaps.

As a DevRel intern at Lexsi.ai, you will be the technical bridge between our platform and the developer community. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to help research scientists, developers, ML engineers, and data scientists succeed with lexsi.ai through high-quality demos, tutorials, direct community engagement, and feedback loops that improve developer experience.

The Role

As a Community & Growth Intern, you will help grow and support the researcher and developer community around Lexsi's open-source tools. You will work closely with our DevRel & GTM lead across outbound, Discord community management, launches, and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work on the advanced tools and research from lexsi labs and create marketing artifacts - cookbooks, tutorials, demos etc.
• Build and run outreach and community building activities
• Write and test outreach sequences and track replies, engagement, and calls
• Own day-to-day moderation of the Lexsi Discord
• Answer general and first-line technical questions about our tools
• Route deeper questions on fine-tuning, interpretability, alignment, and agents to the right research or engineering team
• Support AMAs, GitHub releases, product launches, and community initiatives
• Track community and outreach metrics and identify what is working
• Surface recurring questions, documentation gaps, and product feedback to the wider team

Requirements

• Strong written communication
• Comfortable writing targeted cold outreach that does not feel like spam
• Experience managing or moderating a Discord community
• Highly organised and comfortable owning multiple workflows
• Enough ML familiarity to follow conversations around LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability, agents, or alignment
• Comfortable working with researchers and engineers
• Self-starter who can take ownership without constant direction

Nice to Have

• Experience in developer relations, growth, community, or technical marketing
• Familiarity with open-source developer communities and GitHub
• Experience with Apollo, Reply.io, or similar outbound tools
• Prior projects or coursework in fine-tuning, interpretability, evals, agents, or AI safety
• Experience writing technical or developer-facing content
