• Comfortable discussing explainability, alignment, evaluation, and deployment trade-offs with researchers and senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to operate in ambiguity and shape solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and executive presentations for large, multi-stakeholder customers across regions.
• Frame problems around AI sovereignty, governance, cost, and control, and translate into architectures and evidence-backed solutions.
• Own the technical narrative in proposals, RFPs, and regulatory questionnaires, coordinating with research and engineering teams.
• Support advanced demos and proofs-of-concept and explain how Lexsi enables governed AI gateways and observability.
• Advise product and GTM strategy by feeding voice of customer back into the roadmap.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead strategic, high-value customer engagements and support large enterprise transactions. This is a senior, customer-facing pre-sales role for someone who combines deep AI understanding, system-level thinking, and executive communication skills.

You will work closely with sales leadership, researchers, and engineers to shape deals from first conversation to closure. You will regularly engage with CXOs, Heads of AI, Risk, and Engineering, helping them understand how to build sovereign, governed, and defensible AI systems using Lexsi’s platform and research-led primitives.

This role is not about running delivery projects. It is about owning technical credibility in complex sales cycles.

What You’ll Do

You will lead technical discovery, solution design, and executive-level presentations for large, multi-stakeholder customers across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia. You will frame customer problems around AI sovereignty, risk, governance, cost, and control, and translate them into clear architectures and evidence-backed solutions.

You will own the technical narrative in proposals, RFPs, and regulatory questionnaires, working closely with internal research and engineering teams to ensure accuracy, rigor, and feasibility. You will support advanced demos and proofs-of-concept, and help customers understand how Lexsi enables governed LLM gateways, explainability at scale, alignment and fine-tuning pipelines, and runtime observability.

Internally, you will act as the voice of the customer, feeding structured insights back into product, platform, and go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are

You have significant experience working with AI systems and have spent time in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles tied to complex enterprise deals. You have built or shipped AI products and understand modern ML systems beyond surface-level tooling.

You are comfortable discussing topics such as explainability, alignment, evaluation, and deployment trade-offs with both researchers and senior enterprise stakeholders. You can walk into a high-stakes meeting and clearly explain why governance, auditability, and model optionality matter, without losing the room in technical detail.

You write clearly, present confidently, and operate well in ambiguity. You enjoy shaping solutions rather than following scripts.
