Job summary

Lexsi Labs is seeking a Community & Growth Intern to bridge our platform with the developer ecosystem. You will partner with our DevRel & GTM team to drive outreach, manage our Discord, and craft tutorials and demos that showcase Lexsi.ai tools.

You will engage researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists to improve developer experience. You will help run outreach sequences, monitor engagement, and relay feedback to product and research teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication for technical audiences.
• Ability to craft targeted outreach without spam signals.
• Experience moderating and managing a Discord community.
• Strong organisational discipline across multiple workflows.
• Basic familiarity with ML concepts like LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability.
• Comfortable collaborating with researchers and engineers.
• Proactive, takes ownership with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and support Lexsi's researcher and developer community.
• Collaborate with DevRel & GTM lead on outbound and launches.
• Moderate the Lexsi Discord and answer first-line questions.
• Create marketing artifacts like demos, tutorials, and cookbooks.
• Write outreach sequences and track replies and engagement.
• Surface documentation gaps and product feedback to the team.
• Track community metrics and identify effective activities.
• Coordinate AMAs, releases, and community initiatives.

As a DevRel intern at Lexsi.ai, you will be the technical bridge between our platform and the developer community. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to help research scientists, developers, ML engineers, and data scientists succeed with lexsi.ai through high-quality demos, tutorials, direct community engagement, and feedback loops that improve developer experience.

The Role

As a Community & Growth Intern , you will help grow and support the researcher and developer community around Lexsi's open-source tools. You will work closely with our DevRel & GTM lead across outbound, Discord community management, launches, and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work on the advanced tools and research from lexsi labs and create marketing artifacts - cookbooks, tutorials, demos etc.
• Build and run outreach and community building activities
• Write and test outreach sequences and track replies, engagement, and calls
• Own day-to-day moderation of the Lexsi Discord
• Answer general and first-line technical questions about our tools
• Route deeper questions on fine-tuning, interpretability, alignment, and agents to the right research or engineering team
• Support AMAs, GitHub releases, product launches, and community initiatives
• Track community and outreach metrics and identify what is working
• Surface recurring questions, documentation gaps, and product feedback to the wider team

Requirements

• Strong written communication
• Comfortable writing targeted cold outreach that does not feel like spam
• Experience managing or moderating a Discord community
• Highly organised and comfortable owning multiple workflows
• Enough ML familiarity to follow conversations around LLMs, fine-tuning, interpretability, agents, or alignment
• Comfortable working with researchers and engineers
• Self-starter who can take ownership without constant direction

Nice to Have

• Experience in developer relations, growth, community, or technical marketing
• Familiarity with open-source developer communities and GitHub
• Experience with Apollo, Reply.io, or similar outbound tools
• Prior projects or coursework in fine-tuning, interpretability, evals, agents, or AI safety
• Experience writing technical or developer-facing content
