HSBC Software Development India is seeking a Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist to lead Agile and DevOps transformation across the FSTR Technology group in Pune.

• Certification in SAFe5, ICAgile, Scrum Master or equivalent.

• Own Agile and DevOps standards, processes and practices across FSTR Technology.
• Govern Agile and DevOps improvement initiatives and translate priorities into delivery.
• Shape and implement the department's transformation strategy with HSBC colleagues.
• Embed Agile awareness and best practices across IT, Change/Transformation and Business Teams.
• Coach Pods to refine DevOps and Agile practices and improve quality and delivery throughput.
• Strengthen business engagement consistency across Asset Class for Agile and DevOps adoption.
• Optimize mix and deployment of Agile-DevOps roles across the department.
• Accelerate automation of IT processes to improve quality and reduce cost of delivery and maintenance.
• Influence the wider organization to adopt and sustain the transformation agenda.

Finance, Supervision and Traded Risk (FSTR) Technology builds and runs IT services that support Product Control, Accounting, Credit, Market and Treasury Risk for HSBC’s Global Markets business. This role sets the standards, processes and improvement initiatives for Agile and DevOps across the department with a strong focus on practical adoption and measurable outcomes. Based in Pune alongside the core engineering population you’ll partner across IT, Change/Transformation and Business Teams to develop and implement the transformation strategy. Success means consistent Agile and DevOps ways of working across teams, stronger business engagement and faster automation of IT processes to improve quality and reduce the cost of delivery and maintenance.

What we're looking for

• Bring deep understanding of Agile and DevOps working practices and how to apply them in delivery environments
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering transformational change within an organisation
• Apply technical expertise alongside the ability to set direction across teams and initiatives
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technology and business
• Build continuous improvement into ways of working using practical mechanisms and routines
• Use relevant metrics to track progress and apply tools that support Agile workflows
• Coach and mentor teams and individuals to strengthen Agile and DevOps adoption
• Bring hands-on technology delivery experience as a Test Analyst, Business Analyst or Developer
• Hold SAFe5, ICAgile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification, or bring equivalent demonstrable experience

You’ll work closely with engineering teams in Pune and connect across FSTR and wider HSBC to turn transformation goals into consistent practices and outcomes.
