Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Cloud DevOps Engineer to manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native workloads. You will design image pipelines, deploy Helm charts, and operate Istio service mesh across scalable environments.

The role emphasizes Terraform/IaC, CI/CD with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be adept at cloud security, observability, and API gateway management.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes administration and operations experience.
• Experience with Terraform, IaC and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab.
• Hands-on with Helm Charts, Istio Service Mesh and container orchestration.
• Linux/Bash scripting; programming in Java or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Support microservices deployments and distributed lifecycle.
• Enable observability and monitoring with Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, etc.
• Manage API Gateways and related traffic flows.
• Troubleshoot networking across L3/L4/L7.
• Perform certificate/PKI management and SSL/TLS debugging.
• Conduct automated unit, integration, load, and chaos testing.
• Apply cloud security, policy, and governance practices.
• Script automation using Bash and develop in Java/Go.
• Diagnose complex platform issues and optimize reliability.
