Job summary

Thales, a global technology leader, invites experienced software professionals to join its Banking and Fintech oriented teams in Noida. You will contribute to building secure, scalable backend services, modern CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP in an agile environment.

The role requires 5-8 years of hands-on backend experience with NodeJS, TypeScript and ExpressJS, plus strong knowledge of security and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience implementing, validating, and automating client/server applications.
• Hands-on backend experience with NodeJS, TypeScript and ExpressJS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, EKS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation).
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Agile and DevOps methodologies helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement features from Jira user stories.
• Write unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Ensure security and privacy standards (PCI, GDPR).
• Participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to validation campaigns and packaging.
• Update technical and functional docs.
• Collaborate with developers, validators, and product management.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement requested features based on Jira user stories
• Write automation unit, integration and E2E tests
• Ensure development complies with Security standards (PCI), privacy standards (GDPR)
• Participate in code review process as requestor and reviewer
• Participate to validation campaigns and final packaging of the project
• Contribute in updating technical & functional documentation
• Work closely with other developers, validators, integrators. Exhibits communication skills with product management, and technical support.

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Integrate various DevOps tools into the pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system health, performance, and security.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, or GCP.

Job skills & qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in implementing, validating and automating client/server based applications.
• Hands-on experience on Backend server component, working with NodeJS, TypeScript and ExpressJS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI,
• Worked with AWS cloud : IAM , AWS lambda , dynamoDb , AWS EKS , AWS VPC , AWS S3 , Amazon API gateway , Amazon RDS , Cloud watch , CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Experienced in Database server (MongoDB, MySQL, DynamoDB)
• Experience in Agile & Dev ops methodologies is highly appreciated.
