Job summary

Thales is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in Noida to lead technical implementations of data security solutions, including CipherTrust, HSM, and DSPM, across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

The role involves conducting security assessments, customizing configurations, and delivering scalable architectures while partnering with pre-sales and client IT teams for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, professional services, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience implementing Thales CipherTrust, HSM, or equivalent enterprise data security and encryption products.
• Strong understanding of network and endpoint security fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS security models.
• Understanding of data discovery & classification, tokenization, and data masking techniques for protecting sensitive data.
• Solid experience of encryption, key management and hardware security modules (HSM) experience.
• Experience in onsite and remote projects delivery model.
• Experience in database administration (mainly Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, DB2, and/or Informix)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations of Thales data security products and services (e.g., CipherTrust DSPM, HSM, etc.).
• Conduct security assessments and data protection workshops with clients.
• Customize and configure data security solutions to meet client requirements.
• Integrate security solutions with clients’ existing infrastructure (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
• Design scalable and secure architectures for data security solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to define technical scopes.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into technical controls.
• Deliver customer engagements in areas like HSM, CipherTrust DSPM, SafeNet Trusted Access, PKI design and deployment.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client security teams.
• Create detailed implementation documentation, security plans, and user guides. Deliver executive-level and technical reports.

Professional Services Consultant

Your Role

• Client Engagement & Implementation: In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality consulting services and technical implementations that protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Lead technical implementations of Thales data security products and services (e.g., CipherTrust Data Security Platform, CipherTrust Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Imperva Data Security Fabric, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Data Protection on Demand (DPoD), etc.)
• Conduct security assessments and data protection workshops with clients.
• Customize and configure data security solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate security solutions with clients’ existing infrastructure (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable and secure architectures for data security solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand customer needs and define technical scopes. Translate business and compliance requirements into technical controls and processes Delivery of customer engagements in the area of HSM, CipherTrust Data Security Platform, CipherTrust DSPM, SafeNet Trusted Access, and/or PKI Design - Role, Policies and Procedures Documentation and hands on deployment including hardware security modules
• Training & Support: Provide knowledge transfer and training to client security and IT teams. Offer post-deployment support and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Serve as a liaison between clients and product engineering teams for escalations and feedback.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed implementation documentation, security plans, and user guides. Deliver executive-level and technical reports outlining project outcomes and recommendations.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, professional services, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience implementing Thales CipherTrust, HSM, or equivalent enterprise data security and encryption products
