Sciens Software Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to build, operate, and improve modern developer platforms and DevOps infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, automation, Git, observability, and platform engineering practices. You will work with engineering teams to create scalable, secure, self-service platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and operating modern DevOps platforms.
• Expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, and observability.
• Ability to design self-service capabilities and platform templates.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable DevOps platforms for engineering teams.
• Develop and manage reusable CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
• Build self-service capabilities for provisioning and deploying applications.
• Manage Kubernetes/container platforms across environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and operations.
• Establish DevOps standards, reusable templates, and best practices.
• Integrate security, quality, testing, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
• Implement centralized logging and observability.
• Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, security, SRE, and infra teams.
• Support production environments and participate in incident management.
• Continuously improve developer experience and deployment speed.
