ROLE PROFILE

We are seeking a DevOps Observability Lead to join our Customers Identity & Access Management team at LSEG. In this role, you will define and drive the observability strategy for our mission-critical components that underpins hundreds of LSEG products for customers worldwide. You will lead efforts to design and implement advanced monitoring, alerting, tracing and logging solutions, enabling proactive incident management and continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a traditional IT management to DevOps SRE Culture with a direct impact on the resilience of financial services used globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the observability strategy for CIAM services, ensuring comprehensive monitoring, tracing, alerting, and logging across distributed systems.
