Job summary

Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting seeks an experienced Azure DevOps Lead Engineer to drive CI/CD, automation, and deployment excellence for Azure-based platforms. You will lead hands-on delivery, embed DevSecOps practices, and collaborate across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure production stability.

The role requires 5–10 years of DevOps experience, strong Azure expertise, and hands-on tooling with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• Azure certification (AZ-400 preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps Services.
• CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployments.
• Docker and Kubernetes / AKS experience.
• Linux, shell scripting and Git proficiency.
• Understanding of Azure networking, security and governance.
• Prior telecom or large enterprise experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead DevOps delivery for Azure cloud applications.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Manage application deployments across multiple environments.
• Enable observability through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights.
• Embed security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices into pipelines.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams.
• Identify and resolve pipeline, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
• Support release cycles, go-live activities, and production stability.

About the Role
