DevOps Engineer with LoanIQ

Job summary

Luxoft in Pune, India seeks a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own run, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ platform. You will define CI/CD pipelines, establish environments (Dev/UAT/Prod), and champion automation, security, and observability across pipelines.

You will collaborate with application, DB, and vendor teams, ensure compliance, and provide technical leadership to POD engineers, driving reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure operations (compute, networking, storage).
• Experience supporting LoanIQ or similar enterprise banking systems.
• Experience running and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, application deployments, and integration points.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.
• Ability to resolve incidents quickly and systematically.
• Strong understanding of system reliability and performance tuning.
• Agile team participation and collaboration across Dev, QA, and business.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Own the run, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ platform, ensuring stability, performance, and efficient ongoing delivery.
