Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking mid-senior Loan IQ Developers with strong Java, .NET, and Oracle development experience. The role focuses on migration utilities, data migration workflows, validation, reconciliation, and automation support across multiple environments.

You will work with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality migration solutions, while leveraging AI-assisted patterns to accelerate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience using Java, .NET, PL/SQL.
• Good functional understanding of the Loan IQ product including data model and migration dependencies.
• Hands-on experience building ETL workflows, migration utilities, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and create reusable components.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and SDM tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance migration utilities, ETL workflows, reusable services, Interfaces & Reporting development, and automation components for Loan IQ migration activities.
• Build scalable Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and ETL-based solutions to support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Apply good functional knowledge of Loan IQ to understand deal, borrower, loan, and servicing data flows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, generate reusable code patterns, and build AI-enabled reusable frameworks for migration and ETL activities.
• Work with business users, product SMEs, and tech stakeholders to clarify requirements and close items.
• Participate in technical design, estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness discussions.
• Develop unit tests and support integration testing across SIT, UAT, mock conversion, and production migration events.

Loan IQ Developer Java / .NET / Oracle

Please share suitable profiles for mid-senior level Loan IQ Developers with strong Java, .NET, and Oracle development experience. Candidates must have good functional knowledge of Loan IQ, strong understanding of migration activities, and the ability to build reusable AI-enabled frameworks and ETL workflows to support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and automation needs. The candidate should be able to work independently with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to clarify open questions, resolve issues, and bring items to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance migration utilities, ETL workflows, reusable services, Interfaces & Reporting development, and automation components for Loan IQ migration activities.
• Build scalable Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and ETL-based solutions to support source-to-target mapping, data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Apply good functional knowledge of Loan IQ to understand deal, facility, borrower, loan, fee, interest, servicing, and operational data flows.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development, generate reusable code patterns, support documentation, improve productivity, and build AI-enabled reusable frameworks for migration and ETL activities.
• Work independently with business users, product SMEs, operations teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve queries, and close open items.
• Participate in technical design, estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, defect triage, and release readiness discussions.
• Develop unit tests, support integration testing, troubleshoot defects, analyze data issues, and provide timely fixes across SIT, UAT, mock conversion, dress rehearsal, and production migration events.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience using Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and related technologies; banking or commercial lending experience preferred.
• Good functional understanding of the Loan IQ product including data model, APIs, product setup, servicing events, operational workflows, and migration-related data dependencies.
• Hands-on experience building ETL workflows, migration utilities, data transformation logic, reconciliation routines, validation checks, and exception handling processes.
• Java, Spring, microservices, .NET, C#, Python, Shell scripting, or similar development experience.
• API or interface development experience.
• Autosys, batch scheduling, or enterprise job orchestration experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, source-to-target validation, reconciliation, defect investigation, and migration execution support.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, generate reusable components, summarize technical context, and create or enhance AI-based reusable frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code with appropriate unit testing and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and SDM tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for build, deployment, version control, release management, and environment support.
• Experience with secure coding, vulnerability remediation, logging, monitoring, and operational support.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with ACBS to Loan IQ migration, Loan IQ implementation, conversion, or loan onboarding programs.
• Experience with containerization, API-based integration, observability, or modern engineering practices.
• Loan IQ SDK experience.
• Banking, commercial lending, or financial services technology experience preferred.
