We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments. The role focuses on managing and optimizing scalable environments using Terraform, Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes (EKS), while ensuring secure and reliable production operations. You will collaborate closely with development teams, support deployments across web and e-commerce platforms, and proactively enhance automation, monitoring, and infrastructure performance.
Manage, configure, and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS; assist senior engineers in architectural decisions for new projects.
Maintain and optimize multi-tier hosting environments for e-commerce (Magento), full-stack web apps, and mobile backends.
Manage core AWS services EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, ALB/NLB, ElastiCache, and Security Groups.
Write and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning across environments; follow established IaC patterns and propose improvements.
Manage containerized deployments using Docker, ECS (Fargate), and EKS (Kubernetes), handle deployments, services, ingress, Helm charts, and troubleshoot cluster-level issues.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD optimize build stages, caching, runner configs, and deployment workflows.
Support release pipelines across project types web applications, Magento e-commerce, and mobile app builds.
Maintain and extend monitoring/observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch; configure alerts and dashboards proactively.
Use LLM-assisted and agentic workflows to accelerate RCA, log/trace summarization, alert enrichment, and runbook execution, always with human-in-the-loop review before consequential actions.
Understand the guardrails for safe agent operation in production: least-privilege / read-only agent roles, scoped permissions, action approval gates, audit logging, and observability of agent behavior.
Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes; participate in on-call rotations.
Perform routine infrastructure maintenance OS patching, security updates, capacity monitoring, and resource optimization.
Automate operational tasks using Bash scripting and Python; manage configurations with Ansible where applicable.
Leverage AI-powered tools (Cursor, Claude Code, MCP) to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, and infrastructure tasks.
Collaborate with development teams (e-commerce, web, mobile, AI) as a dedicated DevOps resource on assigned projects.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE roles.
Strong working knowledge of AWS services EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, ALB/NLB, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch.
