Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Ab Initio support (approximately 3 years).

• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices (preferred).

• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery
• Manage and update incident and service request tickets in line with defined processes
• Provide on‑call support for batch operations, including weekends when required
• Drive automation and process improvements within existing workflows
• Optimise performance of ETL jobs and data processes
• Contribute to cloud‑based initiatives, including proof‑of‑concepts on GCP
• Manage GCP services such as IAM, virtual machines, and Kubernetes

About This Role
