Job summary

Encardio Rite Group is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer in Delhi to design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure with a strong software focus. You will manage Terraform modules, Kubernetes deployments on AWS EKS, and implement GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.

Proficiency in Python tooling and Docker containerization is essential. The role emphasizes production-grade automation, monitoring, and secure cloud provisioning with Crossplane and OCI-aware helm

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure with a strong software development focus.
• Strong Python programming skills with clean, tested, reviewable code.
• Hands-on Terraform experience: module authoring, monorepo patterns, remote state (S3).
• Helm chart authoring from scratch including templating and release management.
• Deep GitHub Actions experience: custom actions, reusable workflows, secrets management.
• Production Kubernetes/EKS experience: deployments, RBAC, networking, debugging, Helm-based releases.
• Crossplane for Kubernetes-native cloud resource provisioning.
• ArgoCD and Argo Workflows for GitOps delivery and pipeline orchestration.
• Solid understanding of Docker and container image best practices.

• Deep GitHub Actions experience: custom actions, reusable workflows, composite actions, and secrets management.
• Production Kubernetes/EKS experience: deployments, RBAC, networking, debugging, and Helm-based release management.
