Job summary

CogniVeu is seeking a DevOps Intern to assist in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure while getting hands-on experience with cutting-edge DevOps technologies. The role includes supporting CI/CD pipelines and working with Kubernetes clusters.

This internship offers mentorship from seasoned DevOps professionals and the chance to convert to a full-time DevOps Engineer role based on performance. A remote-first work culture with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Assist in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Help automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

Responsibilities

Skills

Understanding of Git and version control

• Assist in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
• Work with Kubernetes clusters (GKE, EKS, AKS) for deployments and monitoring.
• Help automate infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and logging systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows.
• Document processes and contribute to internal DevOps best practices.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals.

• Exposure to Kubernetes (academic or personal projects is fine).
