Tiger Analytics is hiring a DevOps Engineer/Lead to join our global delivery teams in India. You will build, test, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, collaborating with program leads and architects worldwide.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning, and promote DevOps practices across engineering teams. The role requires 3–7 years of hands-on GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer/Lead, you will work with our DevOps team to build, test, and maintain the infrastructure. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects across global locations.

More specifically, you might:

• * Automate infrastructure and required GCP service provisioning as pee the project needs
• * Work with development team & architects to plan cloud capacity for data lake
• * Design and develop Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) Pipeline components and jobs
• * Collaborate and work closely with all engineering teams to build, maintain, and deploy applications/GCP services
• * Engage with Development teams to promote DevOps adoption and advocate for DevOps driven design decisions
• * Contribute to improve the efficiency of the assignment by quality improvements & innovative suggestions
• * Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.
• * Experience in working fast-paced Agile development environment
• * Highly effective oral and written communication, the ability to work in a team environment, accepting guidance and collaborating with others.

Desired Skills and Experience

• * 3 to 7 years of experience
• * Hands-on experience in GCP Cloud
• * Knowledge of cloud concepts like networking, security, monitoring, DR, scalability, high availability
• * Hands-on experience in setting up cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring for enterprise applications
• * Hands-on experience with GCP services like vertex AI, cloud run, bigquery, cloud Build
• * Working with source control systems, and troubleshooting build/deploy pipelines – using tools such as Git, Jenkins, GCP cloud Build
• * Implementing CI/CD Practice for Data analytics services
• * Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and associated tools like Maven, Jenkins, Sonar etc.
• * Experience in provisioning GCP infrastructure, supporting infrastructure and applications running on GCP cloud environment
• * Experience with microservices and distributed applications, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
• * General operational exposure such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of system’s capacity, bottlenecks, basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks.
• * Understanding of managing Infrastructure as code via tools such as Terraform
• * Understanding of Configuration Management tools Ansible, Salt.
• * Significant experience in configuring industry leading infrastructure/application monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc.)
• * Experience in any of the Linux Flavors.
• * Experience in automation scripting using any of the languages like Shell Script, Groovy, PowerShell or Python.

Mandatory Skills
