Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, is seeking a DevOps Architect (Assistant Vice President) to advance transformation across technology stacks. You will enable CI/CD, publish best practices, and select tools to deliver production on demand.

As part of the Transformation DevOps team, you will drive automation, standardization, and self-healing capabilities, collaborate with architecture, build and operations, and help teams adopt modern delivery practices with automated testing and frequent releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Good Knowledge of industry-standard DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with other streams and define potential areas of Devops automation, identify best tools and solutions.
• Drive for automation and standardization to ensure smooth operations and maximized uptime.
• Automate administrative and operational systems support functions.
• Develop tools and features to support efficient and state of the art operations: self-healing components, scaling components.
• Work with other engineers to support our adoption of continuous delivery, automating the building, packaging, testing and deployment of applications.
• Create the tools required to deploy and manage applications effectively in Test Environments, with minimal manual effort.
• Helping teams to adopt modern delivery practices, such as extensive use of automated testing, continuous integration and more frequent releases.
• Configuring and managing code repositories, continuous builds, artefact repositories, cloud platforms and other tools.
• Contributing towards a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond.
• Sharing skills and knowledge in a wide range of topics relating to Devops and software delivery.

Role Description

As a Devops Architect in the Transformation domain, you will be contributing to transformation in Devops across disparate technology stacks. As Deutsche Bank transitions towards Agile and DevOps, a key requirement of this role is to enable devops for various applications and critical programs to be able to deliver to production on demand. As an integral part of Transformation Devops team, you will be expected to recommend as well as publish best practices, fitment of tools and strategies.

Your key responsibilities
