Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer in Bengaluru or a hybrid setup. You will own build, release, and platform automation across modern CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and cloud environments, collaborating with distributed teams in engineering, QA, security, and operations.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting complex issues, implementing scalable pipelines, and driving automation across large-scale SaaS deployments with a focus on reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• 510 years of hands-on experience across build, release, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
• Proven CI/CD tooling expertise (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong IaC and automation skills (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, PowerShell).
• Solid containerization/orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure; AWS/GCP also valuable.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS build/dependency management and artifact versioning.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex build/deploy issues independently.
• Strong collaboration across distributed teams (Dev, QA, security, operations).

Job description

Required Qualifications

• 510 years of hands-on experience in build engineering, release engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering.
• Deep, practical expertise with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or comparable platforms.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation technologies such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Solid working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is also valuable.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience with build systems, dependency management, artifact repositories, and versioning strategies in large-scale SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and environment issues independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with distributed development, QA, security, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, or similar compliance-driven industries.
• Experience building or contributing to internal developer platforms or self-service engineering capabilities.
• Familiarity with feature management and progressive delivery tooling such as LaunchDarkly or similar platforms.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating security controls, compliance validation, and software supply chain protection into CI/CD pipelines.
• Background using AI-assisted development, code review, pipeline optimization, or automation tools to improve engineering productivity.

Location & Structure

• Based in India, with Bangalore or a remote/hybrid arrangement preferred.
• Reports to the Director, Cloud Operations.
• Works closely with global Engineering, QA, Cloud Operations, Security, and Compliance teams.
