Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a remote contract role. The position focuses on designing, deploying, and managing resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will automate provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, build containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor with Prometheus and Grafana, and harden access and secrets management.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in Linux system administration and fundamental networking concepts.
• Have hands‑on experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Have knowledge of IAM principles, secrets management, and enforcing security best practices.
• Have experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
