Naukai E Hire Campaign is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes in a fast-paced environment. You will help automate infrastructure and releases to improve developer productivity and system reliability.

You\'ll work across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software, implement monitoring and logging, and drive adoption of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, Jenkins, and related tools.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of software development with focus on DevOps/automation.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Hands-on Linux administration and container orchestration experience.

Job Description: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong automation mindset to design, implement, and optimize DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The role involves improving developer productivity, automating infrastructure and releases, ensuring application scalability, and collaborating with development and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.
• Develop and maintain build scripts using Shell, Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, version control, and release management.
• Automate application builds, testing, deployments, and environment promotion.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, and Ansible for build and deployment automation.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment failures, and resolve issues in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and code quality solutions to improve system reliability.
• Develop self-service tools to enhance developer productivity and streamline application management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, develop proofs of concept (POCs), and recommend suitable DevOps solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient DevOps practices.
• Support highly scalable, high-traffic applications and globally distributed deployments.
• Provide technical guidance, prioritize tasks, and support team members with a leadership-oriented approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on DevOps and automation.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, Jenkins Pipelines, Nexus, Maven, and release automation.
• Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Version Control: Git, branching, merging, and repository management.
• Scripting & Programming: Shell/Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby, Java, or Go.
• Configuration Management: Ansible and software configuration management.
• Monitoring & Logging: Nagios, AppDynamics, ELK Stack, and Prometheus.
• Distributed Systems: RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Redis.
• Testing & Quality: TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, JMeter, ApexUnit, and SonarQube.
• Operating Systems: Strong hands-on experience with Linux-based environments.
• Release Management: Knowledge of packaging, dependency management, deployment, environment promotion, and compliance.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Jira and software quality analysis.
