Job summary

LogicMonitor in Pune, India is seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to migrate and operate scalable, production-grade infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS environments. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and reliability while collaborating with developers and data teams.

You will work on cloud-native architectures, security controls, and hybrid‑cloud connectivity to enable faster, smarter decisions and reliable services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on AWS experience with EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, MSK and IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Experience with data center-to-cloud migrations (re-host, re-platform, re-architect) is a plus.
• Strong Docker/Kubernetes/EKS, virtualization, and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Release Engineering platforms (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus Deploy) for scalable delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell/Bash, and/or Go for automation.
• Solid understanding of networking and hybrid-cloud connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, DNS, routing, load balancing).
• Experience designing and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems with Linux administration.

• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of LogicMonitor’s SaaS platform while driving technical and operational improvements.
• Design, migrate, deploy, and operate highly available infrastructure from on-premises to AWS - Good to have
• Develop automation and tooling for provisioning, deployments, maintenance, and workflows.
• Drive Release Engineering and CI/CD initiatives to improve build, deployment, and developer workflows.
• Partner with development teams to improve architecture, scalability, reliability, and deployment practices.
• Own and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects from design through production.
• Establish strong operational practices with runbooks, automation, and documentation.
• Lead FedRAMP platform readiness and security improvements.

Take a leading role in migrating LogicMonitor's datacenter applications to AWS cloud environments and establishing scalable, production-grade infrastructure. Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures, support AI/ML workload enablement, and help the team build the foundational infrastructure for AI-related initiatives. Collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure operational excellence across hybrid and cloud-native environments. Manage a global network of hybrid cloud computing services. Provide guidance in organizing, securing and automating our systems. Work with developers to drive operational improvements within our platform and increase our reliability.

• FedRAMP: Drive platform readiness and security improvements to meet FedRAMP compliance requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of hands‑on AWS experience with EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, MSK, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.

• Experience with data center-to-cloud migrations, including re-host, re-platform, and re-architect strategies - Good to have

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, virtualization, and containerized environments.

• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and Release Engineering platforms, including Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, and Octopus Deploy, with a focus on scalable and reliable software delivery.

• Proficiency in Python, Shell/Bash, and/or Go for infrastructure and release automation.

• Strong understanding of networking and hybrid‑cloud connectivity, including VPN, Direct Connect, DNS, routing, and load balancing.

• Experience designing and operating highly available, scalable, and distributed/service‑oriented systems.

• Strong Linux administration, production troubleshooting, and operational skills.

• FedRAMP: Strong understanding of security requirements across Linux, applications, containers, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure; familiarity with FedRAMP/NIST security controls preferred.
