Job summary

Ocwen Financial Corporation is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain modern DevOps practices across development and operations teams in Pune. You will create and manage GitHub pipelines, automate software delivery, and improve productivity through CI/CD best practices.

The role emphasizes strong expertise in GitHub Actions, Infrastructure Automation, Release Management, and Agile delivery models, collaborating with Development, QA, PM, and Infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, YAML Pipeline Development, Workflow Automation, Python scripting.
• JIRA Administration, AWS/Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Secrets Management and Vulnerability Scanning.
• Secure CI/CD Practices and Access Management including SSO Integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement branch protection, code quality gates, and deployment approvals.
• Optimize software delivery pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.
• Configure JIRA-GitHub integrations.
• Implement traceability between user stories, commits, pull requests, and deployments.
• Automate status transitions and workflow updates based on GitHub activities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for Agile delivery metrics.
• Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and product owners.
• Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Document DevOps processes, standards, and operational procedures.

OSITION SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain modern DevOps practices across development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing GitHub pipelines, automating software delivery processes, integrating development tools such as JIRA and GitHub, and improving overall engineering productivity through automation and CI/CD best practices.
• The role requires strong expertise in GitHub Actions, Infrastructure Automation, Release Management, and Agile delivery models while collaborating closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Infrastructure teams
