The ideal candidate has 8–11 years of software infrastructure experience, strong cloud/DevOps skills, and a focus on security and reliability across AWS/GCP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–11 years of software/cloud infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), on-prem or data center.
• Experience with IaC tooling (Terraform or equal) and automation.
• Proficient in CI/CD, orchestration, and release management.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, security, and identity/access management.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure cloud solutions following AWS best practices.
• Implement and configure AWS services and integrate with development teams.

Arrise Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role involves infrastructure provisioning automation, configuration management, tool administration, production system support, application environment maintenance, observability, and internal tool development. You will be actively involved in all aspects of the team's activities.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Collaborate with senior architects to design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions based on AWS best practices.
• AWS Services Implementation: Implement and configure AWS services according to architectural designs, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC. Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud components.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard cloud environments in all AWS architecture and deployment activities.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement monitoring and automation tools to optimize AWS infrastructure and applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on AWS best practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 8-11 years in software engineering, including designing, developing, and operating robust and scalable cloud infrastructure services.
• Technical Skills:
  • o Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Datacenter, or similar cloud/on-premises platforms.
  • o Linux administration and troubleshooting of Java applications in production.
  • o Maintaining cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or equivalent.
  • o Continuous integration, deployment, and orchestration technologies (e.g., GitHub, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
  • o Enterprise networking/AWS cloud networking (e.g., firewalls, WAFs, network segregation, VPNs, network ACLs, authentication & authorization services, identity & access management).
  • o Cybersecurity practices, operations, risk management processes, threats, and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies.
  • o Monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
  • o Advanced shell scripting knowledge.
  • o Scripting languages: Python, Groovy, Ruby, or equivalent.
• Additional Skills:
  • o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • o Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an advantage.
  • o Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Configuration, and Release Management areas and relevant tools.
