Job summary

Silicon IT Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sr.

DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure using modern IaC. You will collaborate with software teams to deliver end-to-end solutions on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) with scalable, highly available services, and work with security teams to meet industry standards. The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, GitHub Actions, and Datadog for observability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability engineer.
• Expertise with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Proficient in building automation using languages such as Python, Shell, Golang and others.
• Expert experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in configuration management tools (e.g.: Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and Kargo.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, or CDK).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. When a problem occurs, you run towards it not away.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. You have a desire for clean implementations but are also humble in discussing alternative solutions and options.
• A teaching and coaching approach to guiding engineers and teams in approaches.
• OnShift On-Call is required.
• Excellent communications skills required.
