TRC Companies, Inc. in Hyderabad, India, seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join the AET Engineering team. The role focuses on building and deploying automated pipelines in AWS and Azure, using IaC tools, and collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of experience, deep AWS/Azure knowledge, and strong scripting and automation skills, with a emphasis on security and cost optimization. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience in computer science/IT or related field.
• Strong hands-on with AWS services (RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.).
• Strong hands-on with Azure services (Azure Database, Functions, AKS, etc.).
• Proficient with Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible, AWS Code Build/Code Deploy.
• Proficient in network topology, VPC, subnets, VPN, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways.
• Experience in backup/restoration and troubleshooting cloud deployments.

Responsabilités

• Optimize cluster design for cost and operational efficiency.
• Enforce security policies per industry best practices.

Overview

TRC Companies is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our AET Engineering team as a DevOps EngineerinHyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have strong background in AWS & Azure Cloud environments. This role involves collaborating closely with Architects, Cross functional teams, US Counter parts & other Developers. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Duties):

• Develop and Deploy Build pipeline with fully automated scripts in AWS & Azure Cloud environments
• Develop and Deploy pipeline with fully automated scripts in AWS & Azure Cloud environments
• Setup Infrastructure using IaC in AWS and Azure Cloud
• Ensure the clusters are designed with optimistic cost and operational effective strategies
• Ensure all security policies enforcement with organizational and Industry best practices.
• Establish alarms and report incidents of outage, security breaches, unauthorized penetrations etc.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines with automated test frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter etc.
• Work closely with US counterparts & internal CORP teams as per the need.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are those an applicant must possess to be considered a candidate for the position.

• Minimum 6-9 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, including RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, SQS, ECS, Forgate, CloudFront, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancer, VPC, Route53, Elastic Beanstalk, SNS, SES, and EFS.
• Deep understanding of Azure services, including Azure Database, Azure Functions, API Management, AzureVM, Azure Blob Storage, Queue Storage, Azure Bus Service, Azure EntraId, Azure App Services, AKS etc..
• Should be proficient in any of Terraform, Azure DevOps , Ansible, AWS Code Build / Code Deploy
• Should be proficient in network topology, VPC, Subnets, VPN, Nate Gateway, Internet Gateways.
• Should be proficient in backup and restoration of databases, environments, file systems etc.
• Strong knowledge in Trouble shooting knowledge with build, deploy and running of clusters in cloud and local environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle a dynamic, fast-paced workload.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are not required for an applicant to be considered a candidate for the position.

• Familiarity with the Energy Efficiency Domain or utility industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh such as Istio, Consul, Linkerd
• Exposure to Python is desirable.
• Exposure to AI Technology in CI/CD area is desirable
