We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes. You will work collaboratively with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems that support our business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Manage artifact repositories and dependencies using Nexus
• Administer and optimize containerized environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, YAML, Shell, and other DevOps-related scripting languages
• Implement AI and automation ideas towards DevOps and platform engineering solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance
• Document processes and maintain project tracking in Jira and Confluence

What We're looking For

• 3 - 5 years of Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
• Proficiency with Nexus for artifact and dependency management
• Strong experience (3 - 5 years) with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and automation
• Demonstrated expertise (3 - 5 years) in OpenShift and/or Kubernetes container orchestration
• Solid knowledge (3 years) of Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Programming/scripting proficiency (3 years) in Groovy, YAML, Shell, and other DevOps-related languages
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
