Job summary

Retail Insights is a Bengaluru-based IT solutions company delivering scalable DevOps, full stack development, and data/AI solutions across global centers. The team focuses on modern platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to build resilient, secure, and scalable systems.

The candidate will implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud deployments, and ensure high-availability deployments with observability and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ message queues.
• Experience with Vault, SSO, IAM security best practices.
• Experience in scaling high-traffic applications.
• Knowledge of serverless, microservices and distributed systems.
• Contribution to open-source DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / Ansible.
• Manage cloud resources on AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Implement monitoring & observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, CloudWatch.
• Handle Linux server administration, networking, SSL, DNS, firewalls.
• Work with developers to improve deployment workflows and release quality.
• Maintain system reliability, security patches, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Participate in on-call support for production incidents if required.
