Job summary

Armakuni is seeking a detail-oriented Architect to lead our DevOps team in Ahmedabad. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and set deployment best practices for development groups.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in DevOps, strong Docker/Kubernetes experience, IaC proficiency, and hands-on AWS expertise to improve release velocity and reliability across web and mobile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, and cloud-native container technologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. Practical experience with AWS CodePipeline for automated deployments.
• Strong understanding of webserver configurations, including IIS, Windows Server, Apache, and Nginx.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Node.js and Python.
• Experience with version control systems including Git, SVN, and TFS.
• Familiarity with various build tools for both web and mobile application development.
• Experience working with multiple IDEs, including Visual Studio, VS Code, and Eclipse, along with relevant extensions and plugins.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshot deployment issues in development, staging, and production environments.
• Managed software releases, maintenance windows, and environment configurations to ensure consistency across the SDLC.
