Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 5+ years as a DevOps engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Kong.
• Experience with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps services.
• Familiar with microservices and CI/CD automation.
• Proficient in Git workflows, scripting, and SQL.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and manage cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experience. In this role, you will drive CI/CD, optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery. You will collaborate closely with software developers, architects, and product teams to streamline development and operations using modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Deploy application updates, patches, and infrastructure changes.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement integrations with internal systems and development tools.
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery and contribute to project planning and technical decision-making.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for production environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Kong.
• Experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and production environment administration.
• Proficiency with Git workflows, scripting, SQL, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
