Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of application development with at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership.
• Strong background in modern development frameworks and full-stack web technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, responsive user interfaces, and secure web solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices architecture, and modern application modernization approaches.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, automation tools, and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

Required Qualifications
